Refund and Return policy
We at, Business Name: Maha Mangoes Private Limited, try our best to grow, source, pack and deliver our products to you, however we do understand that there may be a situation where the products you have received is not up to the mark. In situations like this below is our return and refund policy:

If the order is not delivered or we are required to cancel delivery due to an unforeseen reason, we will refund the amount in full within 3 business days of cancellation depending on the banking system, as the case may be.

We do not take returns of perishable products such as fresh fruits and vegetables. Please do not return any perishable products without contacting us first.

In case of the product being damaged on delivery, do send us photos of the product to our e-mail at "avanimaha@mahamangoes.org". We will try to refund your purchase partially upto maximum of 10% of the order value. You will appreciate that in spite of all care being taken from our side, it is natural product and may have defects that cannot be ascertained at the time of packing/harvesting.

Please raise a request for refund within 24 hours of the order being delivered in case of perishable products. In case of non-perishables, you can raise a request for refund within 15 days of the order being delivered. Please allow us upto 72 hours to complete the refunds.

In case of non-perishables, after confirmation, request you to please deliver the product back to us at Maha Mangoes, Barkatpura, Hyderabad in the original packaging and receipts. We will not accept the package unless it is the original packing with the receipt. Your refund will be processed only after we have received the shipment from you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Products on sale or offers will not be eligible for returns or refunds in any manner.
