Looks - It has a very typical shape - Elongated with a pointy end. Has its origins in Valsad- Gujarat. Even when it is still green on the outside, it is surprisingly orange inside – typically kesari in colour

Taste & Fragrance - Mildly flavoured with rich taste and aroma
